NEMA Management was selected by the Research Triangle Park Foundation to work as the owner’s representative to coordinate between the owner (RTF), building management company (Hines), tenant’s owner representative, and general contractor for demolition and construction of approximately 11,000 SF of office space. Prior to construction, NEMA Management reviewed the scope and worked with the entire team to coordinate ownership responsibility and tenant responsibility. By separating scopes of work and bidding out for the owner, NEMA Management was able to provide substantial savings back to the owner that would not have otherwise been realized.
During construction, NEMA Management oversaw construction and worked with tenant owner’s representative on construction schedule, change order review and monthly pay application review along with coordinating final walk through with building management company and contractor.
