NEMA Management was selected by Aspens Senior Living to assist in the permitting and construction management of the Aspens Senior Living Apartments located in North Raleigh off Falls of Neuse Road and the I-540 corridor. The project includes a 9.4-acre site, 182 units of luxury senior apartments, 15,000 SF clubhouse, fitness center, pool, and extensive amenities. NEMA is providing utility coordination, designer selection, peer review management, contractor selection, permit expediting, establishing GMP, value analysis, owner provided items coordination, construction management, quality assurance, and owner representative service for this client.
