NEMA Management was brought on board to oversee renovations and additions to the Carolina Country Club. First was the addition of the new service wing over two levels to house the Club’s laundry services and an expansion of storage for dry, cold, and frozen foods. Also included was the renovation of an existing space to install a full-scale golf simulator and lounge area. Next the Mixed Grille dining area was renovated into a new, full-service kitchen and display dining area. This new, open display cooking area faces the existing dining room and includes display cooking stations, special themed dinners, daily buffet functions, and additional bar-top seating in this dining location. Finally, the ladies locker room was renovated and modernized through the use of finishes, fixtures, and furnishings throughout the existing lounge, kitchenette, locker area, and lavatory.
