NEMA Management was selected by Extra Space Storage to assist with construction management of the Extra Space Storage – Gresham Lake property located north of 540 and Route 1 in Raleigh, NC. The project includes a 3 acre site, retail store and nearly 700 rental unit. NEMA is providing: owner provided items coordination, construction management, quality assurance, punchlist turnover and closeout management along with owner representative service for this repeat client.
