NEMA Management was selected as the General Contractor on a 13-building, 104-unit apartment complex largely housing Duke University students. The property owner was struggling with the most efficient way to solve many of the problems that come with an aging property. NEMA listened to the owner’s concerns and worked closely with them to address each problem while providing the best solution.

Work included upgrading storm drainage and re-grading; patching and sealing asphalt parking lots; replacing sidewalks; landscaping; masonry repair; new signage; new exterior siding and trim; new gutter system; painting; grinding and installing new breathable colored concrete sealer in each breezeway,  stairways and landings; electrical upgrades and added lighting.
