NEMA Management was selected by Woodfield Partners to assist in the permitting and construction management of the Alston Village Apartments at the prominent, fast growing Alston Town Center master planned development located at the 55/540 corridor of Cary. The project includes a 38 acre site, nearly 500 units of luxury manor apartments and townhomes, 10,000SF clubhouse, fitness center and extensive amenities. NEMA is providing construction management, owner representative service for this repeat client.
