NEMA Management was engaged again by East West Partners as the owner’s representative to assist with the planning and construction of this 6-story building that includes 38,000SF of ground level retail and 180,000SF of class A office space. Project also includes a 6-level structured parking deck along with surface parking. The project is located across from Crabtree Valley mall and adjacent to the proposed Weston Hotel. The site has been a challenge due to the location within a flood plain.
