NEMA Management was engaged by The Cypress of Raleigh as the project manager and owner’s representative to assist with the planning and construction of the newest independent living villa on the existing, occupied campus. The structural concrete building consists of 57 residential condominium units. The luxury, high end units are designed with the latest trends in senior living / independent living. Project also includes a cover parking structures and site amenities.
