This 58-unit, 5-story, luxury apartment/condominium building is located in a high end, East 54, LEED Platinum, mixed use development. Building 5000 is the final phase of the master planned development. NEMA was engaged to bring the project within budget and manage the construction, working with the team to save nearly 30% in the final design allowing the project to move to construction. NEMA coordinated with all jurisdictions having authority to procure all necessary permits and initiate construction. NEMA managed separate contractors for site development and building construction, and navigated many project challenges on behalf of the owner through construction completion and closeout. NEMA coordinated utilities including OWASA, TWC, ATT, and Duke Energy.
