NEMA Management was selected again by Extra Space Storage to assist with construction management of the Extra Space Storage –Wendover Road property located in Charlotte, NC. The project includes a three story, 32,000 SF addition to their existing facility. Also included complete renovation of the existing office/retail space to bring it up to the new standards.  NEMA provided: owner provided items coordination, construction management, quality assurance, punch list turnover and closeout management along with owner representative service for this repeat client.
