This pro-bono project includes 5 new buildings to meet the housing needs of families while their children receive medical care at UNC Hospitals. The expansion was bogged down and struggling to get final entitlements and permits to begin construction. NEMA was engaged by a board member and the Executive Director to assist, providing zoning compliance permit and building permit expediting services for RMH. They also bird dogged the review process and ensured a  streamlined process. Project required Town of Chapel Hill and NC Department of Transportation approval.
