NEMA is a godsend for anyone who undertakes a major construction project and who is not an expert in construction practices and regulation. Drew Langsam was our Owner's Representative during the construction of the Sancar Turkish Culture and Community Center. He consistently worked for our best interest in negotiations with our architect, builder and local regulatory agencies. I would not hesitate to call on NEMA again for their expertise and ability to work with clients, architect's and builders.
