NEMA management came highly recommended to me when we were looking for construction management for our project. I knew within five minutes of meeting them that they would be an effective partner, mainly because of the clarity in their communication. To me, clear communication is a sign of clear thinking – and the team has demonstrated that by being deliberate in the way they define issues, manage expectations, and juggle multiple interests to keep everyone progressing on a unified mission. Working together over the last 18+ months has given us a great sense of confidence.
