NEMA was engaged by the developer/builder as the local point of contact for the construction effort of this 266-unit, high-end, apartment and retail mixed-use building. The 6-story, 320,000-SF building includes podium slab, structured parking and is wood framed. NEMA provided permit expediting services for the developer/builder, managed all plan submission and reviews, bird dogged the review process, and ensured a more streamlined permitting process. This project required Town of Chapel Hill and NC Department of Insurance review and approval.
