Rigsbee apartments at venable center – Durham, NC

NEMA Management is assisting with the construction of the Rigsbee apartments, part of the mixed-use Venable Center, a revitalized warehouse district that dates back to 1906, when it served as the brick-building warehouse complex for the Venable Tobacco Co. This multifamily project includes 171 units, some which are considered micro units. The building will be five stories of wood-framed construction over a two story concrete podium featuring approximately 7,000 SF of retail space and parking for its residents. Amenities include a seventh floor roof deck overlooking city center, pool, club, and business center.
