NEMA is the owner’s representative and project manager for the construction of a 90-bed Small House (skilled care/memory care) which is approximately 108,000 SF, as well as a 75-unit Independent Living/Commons building which is approximately 224,000 SF. The project will be completed in two phases starting with the construction of the Small House, followed by the construction of the Independent Living/Commons building.
